Alright expecting mommas, I was fortunate enough to come across this resource but unfortunately towards the END of my pregnancy. It’s an ebook series packed full of pregnancy goodness; like nourishing recipes, what to eat, what to avoid, natural remedies for pregnancy related issues... and what I honed in on the most: what to eat and drink prior to and during labor. Basically, natural ways to have a glowing and healthy pregnancy + labor! I sincerely wish I had this resource from the get go, but so happy to have it for future pregnancies.
I don't think I've picked up a book since late pregnancy with Marlowe, but I've recently come across an eBook series by Holistic Nutritionist Carley Mendes called 'In the Glow' and have been soaking up loads of great info for pregnant women. Including what to eat more and less of at each stage of pregnancy, supplement info, yummy recipes, natural remedies for common issues while pregnant and loads more and it has been fabulous.
